Refund & Cancellation Policy

This Refund & Cancellation Policy outlines how cancellations, refunds, and billing adjustments are handled by Catapult Creative Partners LLC (“Catapult,” “we,” “us”).

1. Discovery Meetings

  • Discovery meetings are currently offered at $0.
  • Booking a discovery meeting does not create a service commitment.
  • Partners may cancel or reschedule using the scheduling link provided.
  • Catapult reserves the right to modify discovery meeting availability or pricing in the future.

2. Project-Based Services

Deposits

  • Project engagements require a 50% deposit prior to work beginning.
  • Deposits are non-refundable once work has commenced.

Final Payment

  • The remaining balance is due upon completion or delivery as defined in the applicable Statement of Work (SOW).
  • Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees as outlined in the Terms of Service.

Cancellations

  • If a project is canceled after work has begun, the deposit will not be refunded.
  • Additional charges may apply for work completed beyond the deposit amount, as outlined in the SOW.

3. Ongoing Services

Ongoing services are governed exclusively by a written Master Services Agreement (MSA) and applicable SOW.

  • Ongoing services may include an initial term commitment followed by a month-to-month arrangement.
  • Billing structure, term length, renewal, cancellation notice, and payment obligations are defined in the governing agreement.
  • This policy does not override any contractual terms agreed to in writing.

Cancellation & Non-Payment

  • Partners must comply with cancellation notice requirements outlined in their MSA/SOW.
  • Services may not be paused unless expressly permitted in writing.
  • If payment is not received, Catapult may pause services until the account is brought current.

4. Refund Policy

Except where required by law or explicitly stated in a written agreement:

  • Fees for services rendered are non-refundable.
  • Project deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
  • Subscription or recurring fees already billed are non-refundable.

Any exceptions must be agreed to in writing and documented in the applicable MSA or SOW.

5. Changes to Scope or Services

Requests to modify scope, timelines, or services may require:

  • A revised Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Additional fees
  • Adjusted timelines

Changes are not effective unless confirmed in writing.

6. Governing Documents

This Refund & Cancellation Policy provides general guidance only. In the event of any conflict, the following documents govern in order of priority:

  1. Executed Master Services Agreement (MSA)
  2. Applicable Statement(s) of Work (SOW)
  3. Terms of Service
  4. This Refund & Cancellation Policy
