These Terms govern your access to and use of this website and related scheduling tools and services.
By using the website or booking a meeting, you agree to these Terms.

2. Scope of These Terms
These Terms apply to:
- Use of the Catapult Creative Partners website
- Booking and attending discovery meetings
- Pre-engagement communications and evaluations
“Partner” means any individual or business entity that uses the website, books a discovery meeting, and/or engages Catapult for services.
Paid services are governed by a written MSA and SOW executed by both parties. If these Terms conflict with an MSA/SOW, the MSA/SOW controls.
3. Services Overview
Catapult provides operational support services, which may include:
- Administrative support
- Financial operations coordination
- Systems and software support
- Workflow and automation support
- Marketing and web infrastructure support
- Advisory guidance
Deliverables, timelines, and responsibilities are defined only in a signed MSA and SOW. Catapult does not guarantee specific outcomes or results.
4. Discovery Meetings & Scheduling
Catapult may offer discovery meetings through online scheduling tools.
- Discovery meetings are currently offered at $0.
- Booking a discovery meeting does not create a service commitment.
- Meetings are typically conducted virtually unless otherwise stated.
- Catapult may modify availability or pricing in the future.
5. Fees, Billing & Payment Terms (Paid Services)
Payment terms are defined in the applicable MSA and SOW and may include:
- Monthly subscription billing for ongoing services billed through a third-party processor
- A 50% non-refundable deposit for project-based services, with the remaining balance due on delivery
Late payments
- Ongoing services: Catapult may pause services until accounts are current.
- Project-based services: unpaid balances may accrue a late fee of 1.5% per month (or the maximum rate permitted by law).
6. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds and cancellations are governed by the applicable MSA/SOW and any posted refund policy.
Project deposits are non-refundable once work has begun.
7. Partner Responsibilities
Partners agree to:
- Provide timely access to required systems, tools, and information
- Ensure the accuracy of information provided
- Respond to requests for approvals/decisions in a reasonable timeframe
Catapult is not responsible for delays caused by missing access or delayed responses.
8. Confidentiality
Each party will keep the other’s non-public information confidential and use it only to fulfill obligations related to the engagement.
9. Credentials, Access & Security
Partners are responsible for granting access through their own platforms and access controls.
Catapult does not store payment card data. Payments are processed by third-party providers (e.g., Stripe).
Where applicable, additional procedures are governed by the MSA (including any security and credential handling schedule).
10. Third-Party Tools & Services
Catapult may use third-party tools (including scheduling, payment, accounting, and communication platforms) to deliver services. Catapult is not responsible for outages, changes, or failures of third-party platforms.
11. No Legal or Tax Advice
Catapult does not provide legal, tax, or regulatory advice. You are responsible for consulting qualified professionals.
12. Disclaimers
The website and services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Catapult disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
13. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Catapult will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Catapult’s total liability will not exceed the fees paid to Catapult in the two (2) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
14. Governing Law & Venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes must be brought in state or federal courts located in Florida.
15. Changes to These Terms
Catapult may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the website after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
